TUESDAY: 9:15AM - 10AM
Boxercise is a class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit! You will be using basic boxing techniques with a combination of bodyweight moves and cardio components to keep your heart racing! If you don’t have your own gloves, we have plenty to spare!
