Our classes are like no other! We pride ourselves on providing amazing classes that are not only effective and efficient but they’re also FUN! Our trainers take the time to organise these session personally so no two classes are the same! We have everything from hardcore High Intensity to restorative Yoga – so we have you covered whatever you need!

TIMETABLE

BOOTCAMP

Not a drop and give me 20 kind of Bootcamp! This is a full body workout which incorporates functional training with weighted and body weight movements. In this class we exercise your muscles in a similar way to how your body would be used in everyday life. It increases flexibility and coordination, improves balance and posture… and its FUN! 

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

This class is all about strength! We apply a mix of plyometric, resistance and isometric movements on one muscle group at a time to really feel the burn! We focus on technique, form and increasing your load to push you to your limits!

BOXERCISE

Boxercise is a class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit! You will be using basic boxing techniques with a combination of bodyweight moves and cardio components to keep your heart racing! If you don’t have your own gloves, we have plenty to spare!

(Please note: At this time we are not conducting Boxercise classes due to the restrictions around COVID-19. We will keep you updated on when this will be on the timetable again!)

PILATES FUSION

This class incorporates Pilates disciplines with full body strength and cardio to focus on correct muscle activation, improving posture and burning fat! You will still build up a sweat so bring your towel!

REVIVE

This class is a low impact, full body workout for those who are new to the gym, nursing an injury or those in their later years in life. In this class we focus on strength, building a strong postural framework and increasing balance and flexibility.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training or "HIIT" is one of the most effective and efficient ways to train if you are trying to lose body fat! HIIT involves doing an exercise at a very high intensity for a certain period of time followed by short rest breaks. This will definitely get the blood pumping!

SUPER SATURDAY 

This class combines all classes into ONE! This is a 1 hour class and you can expect some boxing, some strength AND cardio! It's the best way to start your weekend!
